Navtool 1: This has 100m gauges in 3 scales (1:25,000, 1:40,000 & 1:50,000) which can be used to measure 100m segments or for grid references (see Navtool 2). There is a timing table for walking speeds 2-6 km/h, a pacing table and avalanche slope risk table, plus a handy rule with km measurements in the same 3 scales.
